"Não me lembro de outro hotel em que eu fui tão bem tratado! Todos os serviços (recepção, limpeza, bar e café da manhã) são muito competentes e as pessoas muito cordiais. O quarto era fantástico, com excelente temperatura (muito importante na onda de calor que fazia no periodo em que estive lá), e conta com tudo o que vc precisa. A localização é perfeita, a menos de 10 minutos da estação de trem e a 5 minutos da parte antiga de Lucerna. Por isso mesmo, os pontos mais estratégicos da cidade estao...

"Fabulous stay at this hotel. Just down the road from the train station. Central to restaurants bars shopping. Close to the lake. The hotel is great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We got lots of recommendations from Natalia on reception. The bed was comfortable the room was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loved our stay. "

"This was my first time in Switzerland and it couldn’t have been a better introduction to the country. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the staff is very friendly plus, the hotel rooms themselves are more spacious than I found in other European hotels."

"The view from our balcony room was magnificent! View of the river, the lake & the surrounding mountains. We were lucky to have sunny clear sky during our stay. However, we had terrible luck with the shower. Water ran too cold or too hot, and sometimes it slowed to a drip!! We should've notified the front desk to call a plumber, but we were too busy enjoying our outings in Luzern!!!"

"A great hotel for the money. Very helpful staff who are there for you. For food, breakfast buffet is very tasty with lots of options. The restaurant makes fantastic meals for dinner (make a reservation an hour or two before; Shout out to Julien who took very good care of us) There’s also the outside bar and food across the street with top quality smash burgers, pizza, Mediterranean food, and fantastic drinks. "Ich war zum X-ten Mal im Amaris. Die Lage und der Service sind für meine Zwecke optimal. Diesmal hatte ich sogar ein Upgrade auf ein Apartement. Alle sind nett, alles ist sauber. Die Preise in der Schweiz sind nunmal wie sie sind."
