"Everything was perfection. I always stay at this hotel when I come to St. Augustine. I love this hotel! So many great shops nearby and always clean. "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. The bed was literally held together with a ratchet strap, and the toilet was propped up using a PVC pipe—completely unsafe and unsanitary. We found a cockroach in the room, and the sheets were clearly dirty and had not been changed. We asked to see other rooms, but after looking at three different options, each one was worse than the last. On top of that, the employee (Chrissy) we dealt with was extremely unprofessional and rude, making the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances."

"Extremely dirty rooms. Layers of black dust on bed frames and room furniture. Microwave made loud alarming sounds like it was about to blow up. Faucet was old and rust, came off Avery time we used it. Shower curtain is brown and moldy. Toilet knob got stuck at every flush. Worst was the floor. They have this fake wood gray flooring that’s better than carpet however, they don’t mop it. Your socks or feet turn black as though walking on soot. No pool. They filled it with sand and cement. You get what you pay for but proper hygiene is not too much to ask. This hotel needs to hire actual housekeeping staff. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend. "
