"Grate location right in the middle of everything, very clean, a communal fridge. Could not get out of the hotel on the first night because the door locked itself shut the staff was falling out with the owner about this, I did not like the way he got me to tell the owner that it was a fire risk (no one allowed to leave the hotell). "Friendly helpful staff. Courtyard room very small and although there was an air cooler it was useless. We took our Dyson fan with us and hardly slept on the first night. Definitely need air conditioning in bedroom. Very nice breakfast with good menu. Inside The Orange Tree we found it very tired and needed a thorough clean eg windows, window ledge and ornaments adjacent to our breakfast table. I mentioned this to a waitress as not very appetising. Also the upholstered chairs looked really...

"Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50"
