"The rooms seemed small for the price. Our Ac was broke in the room. They were overbooked and offered us a box fan. There was a noise as if someone was banging on the wall every couple minutes all night long due to the ac trying to come on. Valet took about 20 mins when dropping off due to being overbooked. Went to breakfast at 9:05 and there was nothing left besides a few pieces of bacon and cereal (no milk). We were not the only ones with complaints about the breakfast. They knew they were overbooked and should have planned for more breakfast. Also, while talking to the front desk about the ac they were on a call with another guest whose ac was also not working. They did offer a refund at checkout, but overall I wouldn’t stay again."
