I was missing a welcome pack so didn’t know the times for breakfast, reception rushed through it all quickly and said pack to read but no pack and no reception when went back. Missing normal coffee in room only decaf. Breakfast a bit average. Fruit pretty poor processed fruit. Other stuff ok. Staff welcoming though room clean but a bit tired and bed board broken. "

We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view. "Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities."
