Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home. 2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding. 3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a get it in place of toast with a omelette absolutely ridiculous. 4. Cleaners come knocking on your door if you go a min over your checkout time. Absolutely mind-boggling. 5. Place is old and run down. Don’t waste your money, you can get some views with better quality and customer service don’t waste you or your family’s time. "

"The location of the hotel was great, given that it was right on the main street, making things easily accessible. The hotel bordered a gully though, which was in a deplorable state. The dining staff were great. We had aurhentic, tasty Jamaican food for breakfast.....even our toddler loved it. The bedroom and bathroom could use a bit more cleaning though and the pool was closed for most of our stay. The staff were polite, buy not very hospitable. Overall, the hotel was modern, provided clean enough, carpet free space that was close to all the amenities in Ocho Rios, including the beach and shopping areas, but needed a little bit more to get to five star quality. "

"This was a very impromptu booking and it was a smooth check in. The location is great. Nice clean pool and pool bar with drinks for purchase. Clean establishment. Reliable air conditioning. Onsite eats for purchase and a convenience store/shop."
