"Very convenient in terms of transportation, bus stops right in front. However, the WiFi didn’t work in my room. I wished I would have been able to check in early as I was really tired from my early flight but it is what it is. Beware that you’ll have a bathroom but no actual toilet if you have a basic standard room. The toilet is shared which I didn’t like. You can leave your luggage the day of your check in and the day of your check out which is helpful and there’s a McDonalds right outside. "

"A really beautiful hotel in the heart of Guildford. Staff were friendly and showed me to my room. My room (junior suite) was huge, beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. Highly recommended."

"I like the interiors. Customer Service is great, very helpful staff. Most of all breakfast spread is fantastic! The establishment is very clean and orderly, and i love the interior of the room, the lobby, the breakfast area. Special mention is EVA, the lady the staff assigned at the breakfast area. She is very polite, friendly and accomodating. Excellent service! "
