"All good"

"It was a super cute house. The room was modernized and had a good working bathroom with new carpet. Everything worked well and very clean. The breakfast was made to order. I know you have to pay extra for breakfast but it was worth it. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...

"Hotel room included individual thermostats. Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Breakfast staff was amazing and everything perfectly prepared and presented! Lift to rooms stairs down to the breakfast hall. Fridge and microwave also a safeIn the room. Shower door was located touching the sink made for a tight squeeze. Overall Highly recommended."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

"It was ok,"

"Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground."
