9/10 Wonderful! (885 reviews)
The hotel is clean, cozy, and conveniently located in the heart of Milan, less than a 10-minute walk from the Galleria and the Duomo. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with excellent shopping. The surrounding area is beautiful, making it a wonderful place to stay while exploring the city!

Hotel is good, staff are friendly, room is clean and decent but not soundproof. You continuously hear people talking from other rooms. Very loud, couldn’t sleep most of the night.

Excellent staff & rooms. Couldn’t fault the service. Location is perfect. Had issues with hot water and the toilet so don’t know if the hotel is just in need of upgrades.
