"Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty!
No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. "

"We read reviews as to what to expect, and we got exactly that. The stand out the member of staff was Jose, who was head and shoulders above other members of the Hotel team. The initial room had a stench about it when we first walked in, but given the room has quite nice views, we decided to put the smell down to the room perhaps not being aired, so decided not to say anything. By day two the drains (the probable cause) of the smell got worse and the shower became blocked. The initial response...

"This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend.
My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. "

"parking was 18 euros a night but the garage was very difficult to park in because it was very tiny. there was a lot with parking for 1 euro down the street. it was not secure but i took the risk and it was fine. other than that it was great. also if you’re staying here to attend afronation, i wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a rental car."
