Good value hotel, in a great location.
Great little value hotel, no frills rooms, but really clean, and well serviced every day. In a really nice area for bars, restaurants and shops. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bordeaux, We were on the third floor, with no elevator, which may be worth noting for any older or less able travellers. If I had one negative, it would be the horrendous sachets of coffee, with two plastic cups to make a brew in the morning. However directly opposite is a nice little cafe. The room was quiet and comfortable, and as we venture out a lot whilst away, it was more than adequate for our stay.

Cute property with air conditioning and super easy to find. Early check in is not possible but yu can store yur luggage in their tea room if required. Super helpful staff :)

Helpful staff, great location and clean. Overall, if I go back to Bordeaux, I would stay here again. Not a fancy hotel but has everything you need.

Superb staff and very clean room
It was a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is superb and the transport connection is really close. The room is clean and tidy and the bathroom has three-piece. I will consider staying at Hotel Notre Dame again in the future. Only one thing might be helpful to know, we have heard noise during the night as the hotel is close to some restaurants and bars nearby.

wonderful location for a budget hotel
Location is fabulous in a very trendy part of the city, a bit away from the main area but plenty of options for food etc and easy to navigate. It is a budget hotel PROS cost staff cleanliness neighborhood great to walk around in, felt completely safe CONS older furnishings room a bit of a challenge to navigate - the desk had no outlets nearby, had to move things around to plug in noisy outside on the weekend can be noisy in the hall (my room was on a landing so a lot of cross traffic) no elevator so be prepared to haul your suitcase up the stairs

Lovely little hotel, clean, bright in an excellent location. We stayed during the pandemic so obviously Covid19 rules were followed. Room very nice on the third floor with no lift(elevator) so be prepared! Quiet part of Bordeaux with beautiful restaurants and tiny streets around. Easy walk to tram stops.

While this is a basic hotel it has everything you need. The wonderful lady at the front desk carried your suitcases up to our room. (No elevator). It was close to a quaint part of town and great restaurants.

Superb, tranquil location, especially for annual antique market on Place Quincances, and brocante and independent shops on Rue Notre Dame; Very accessible to local supermarket, restaurants and bakery , and easy walk to other parts of city; great for run along the river.

Second visit - will be back.
Hassle free check-in. Rooms basic but functional & clean. Free wifi with good connection. OK, so this hotel isn't the Ritz, but for the price, it's a hidden gem - quiet location only a few minutes walk from the City Centre. The rooms are a bit bijou (i.e. small) so maybe not for you if you're planning on staying in the room all weekend. Second visit & would use again as it ticked all the right boxes for me.

Tiny hotel and rooms, but so is the price. Clean, quiet, and serviceable is all I needed for my one-night stay.

Hotel reasonable, but very rude service from both women there, the one mute after check in (just cursory nods apart from refusing us access to the downstairs toilet); the other constantly chainsmoking and completely unwilling to attempt to speak English to my South African partner (who is from a place where they don't learn any French language at school!).

Bon emplacement et propre. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Nous avions fait la demande de 2 lits séparés lors de la réservation et nous avons reçu une réponse par mail de la part de l’hôtel dans les 30 minutes suivantes ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande

Il giusto compromesso
Albergo o quantomeno la mia stanza rinnovata da poco. Molto pulita e funzionale in particolare la doccia walk in estraibile. Spazi ben organizzati leggermente poco luminosa ma in ogni caso non si suppone di passare le giornate in stanza! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! La posizione è come si vede in mappa a 15 min circa a piedi dal centro ma la zona è comunque ricca di attività come ristoranti boulangerie e bar frequentate da local.
