Good hotel with an impressive rooftop restaurant/bar. Fortunate to be upgraded to a superior room when the room I booked had two single beds rather than a double. The immediate area, Chartrons is pretty cool.

The area the hotel is situated is good. They are pumping a scent through the air that I smelled everywhere within the hotel..not good if you have allergies. We stayed in a premier suite which was esthetically very nice & spacious. However, the lighting in the room & bathroom was terrible making very difficult to shave or apply makeup. The faucets in the sinks were backwards and the one in bathtub did not work at all.There was no shower mat, shower cap or magnifying mirror. I had to ask for towels to be placed in the toilet. The bedroom was cold, not enough heat from a small vent to cover the size of the room. Coffee maker placed in a dark area. The tv only had French stations, no netflix or Amazon nor any foreign languages (and no way to find out if may be it was hidden on the remote control) . The phone was not working. we told the staff. still not fixed by the time we left three days later .

Good location and views of river
Good quiet location. About 15 minute walk to center of town. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room makeup is a bit lacking and room AC doesn’t work as expected some times. Overall good because of the location and views of river.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, alles fußläufig zur Altstadt, zum Fluss Garonne und zum Public Park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Farben im Zimmer und im Flur sind gewönungsbedürftig und wirken teilweise sehr dunkel. Unser Standardzimmer hatte einen Blick in den Innenhof des Kongresshauses, direkt auf die Rolltreppen, eine höherwertigere Kategorie ist bei Buchung empfehlenswert.

Davvero una piacevole sorpresa: camera ampia, molto graziosa, pulita e accogliente. Colazione varia e curata nel bel ristorante all’ultimo piano con magnifica terrazza con vista sul fiume. Personale molto disponibile.

Enjoyed our stay a lot! It is the best location in the middel of the historical center. Everything on walk distance and surrounded by beautiful buildings. It is located at a sort of secret place, old finance area. They are renovating and making it even better. Good breakfast and very nice staf. Room was big and very nice to stay with the 4 of us.
