I booked a property with two single beds and one sofa bed, but I was given an one sofa bed and ond one double bed, plus I had to request bath towels when it was supposed to be there in place for my arrival.

The hotel was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave the bed at all. The service was amazing. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the future..

I have nothing good to say about this hotel except that it was clean. The desk staff lady with red hair was really rude to me and my colleagues even though we spoke french. You have to rent basic things like irons even in the business rooms, the restaurant closed unusually early, fitness center is small/was full when I needed it, there is a kitchenette and coffee machine although no basics like oil/salt/pepper and no coffee or tea, they're constructing a third building and it's very loud construction early in the morning... I could go on but you get the picture

This hotel was ok. The breakfast was good. There is no iron in the room, and basically one that seems to be shared throughout the entire hotel. One of the front desk staff was not the kindest to me either - which was frustrating.

Our stay was good but we couldn’t have extra blankets. We stayed 2 nights and every night when my friends asked for an extra blanket they couldn’t provide it. Except that, it was very clean and the beds are good.

Comfortable and modern hotel
Away from the city centre in a very pleasant setting by the lake. There's not much within walking distance but great if you want a little peace and quiet. The room has very good facilities with a sofa bed so the room can accommodate four people. There is even a small kitchen with a good size fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful although check-in seemed to take an age. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the quality of the food was excellent and reasonably priced. All in all, it was a good experience.

Great staff, very nice stay.
Staff excellent, room very comfortable but needed to be a bit cleaner eg, marks on curtains and glass needed cleaning in the doors and balcony otherwise very good. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Wonderful Hotel far from Town
Nice spacious and clean room with a market nearby and a wonderful hotel breakfast. Kind of far from Bordeaux so you would definitely want to have a rental car. Would recommend.

Peaceful spacious accommodation
This was a very peaceful experience with excellent customer service and very spacious accommodation. A 15 minute walk for trams to Bordeaux. Convenient supermarket next door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Bad management hotel
We stayed in the hotel 3 days. The swimming pool closed for 3 days. The worst that front desk could not tell us whether it would open. They said they did not know either when we asked them. Poor management. There was a 2nd stage construction processing just beside the swimming pool and our living blcok. We will not book this hotel if we know the condition is so bad. It felt like we are cheated.

Good location as quiet and lovely view of lake. on outskirts but close to tram (10min walk). Brilliant for families as 2 connecting rooms. Well equipped kitchenette. Staff were very helpful. Free parking. Balcony. free good wifi. And opposite small but well stocked supermarket.

Great crash pad
We were driving back from the Algarve to St Malo, this was our last but one stop and a real shame we couldn't stay longer. We arrived at dusk, and although there was a kitchen in the room, the Bistro was open and cooked us a fabulous meal. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. We also had the breakfast, my boys (4 & 9) really enjoyed boiling their own eggs in the special machine.

Excellent hotel
This hotel is located slightly out of town but it has a grocery right beside it which makes it really convenient. We like the spacious apartment and the lake view. The staff are very good and accommodating.

We chosen this hotel because it has a swimming pool, but when we arrived discovered the swimming pool doesn't not belong to hotel and it's charged at €22.00 per person per day. In additional the apartment they give us was facing so someones flat, so in the morning instead of having a lake view we had to see neighbors half naked in their balconies. As an airline employee, I think this hotel should state very clear swimming pool at extra cost + not all apartments are faced to the lake. I think it was deceiving publicity.

Very Nice Stay
Very good first time stay here, the apartment was very clean and spacious and had a great view over one of the small local lakes from the large balcony where we sat and in the sunshine. The staff, were all very friendly and pleasant, especially the head receptionist lady, who helped us move rooms to the lake view larger apartment. The location is quiet yet convenient, with free car parking area (quite safe) at the front of the hotel. There are two tram stops about a ten min`s walk from the hotel (Line C) that take you right into the city, so we just left our car and went into Bordeaux on the tram to see the tall ships and the fete de vin and fireworks. The only slight downside was the cost of the buffet breakfast, it was quite expensive for what was available.

Hard mattress and wi-fi to be improved.
It is the second time that i'm staying at this apart-hotel and is a good choice, however the confort of the mattresses, at least for me is a little too hard. Clean, spacious nice balcony. Another small inconvenient is the Wi-fi that is not one of the best that I've seen.

Very nice room. Rather stark, but very clean. Nice to have refrigerator & AC! Still confused why the hotels have heavy comforters on the bed in late May & June. Too hot for anything more than a sheet, even with AC.

Great new hotel
A bit far from downtown, however 10 min walk to train makes it perfect, since parking in the center can be difficult and expensive. The room is big and new, nice lake view.

The hotel is quite nice and clean but the location is far from the city. The reception opens until 7:30pm. There is no service and no emergency phone at night. Our room keys were reprogrammed and we were locked out of our room for two hours!

Ok for Euros football stay. Otherwise no.
Terrible wifi. The restaurant which is in the hotel but not owned by it was not open on the weekend. I asked the staff twice if there was another nearby restaurant. Was told no but then stumbled upon one late that night 5 mins from the hotel around the lake. They obviously have no clue of the surroundings. The front desk is only open during the day. We had to leave for an early flight without checking out.

Stayed in an apartment on 3rd floor. Very clean and spacious. Great bathroom. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Quiet hotel. Great airconditioner. Small kitchenette with everything you need including small fridge and dishwasher. Supermarket downstairs and restaurant close by. Reception were very welcoming. Bit hard to find and the view from apartment not that great as there is a fair bit of construction going on in the area. Nevertheless a great place to stay.

Conveniently located Apart Hotel
The hotel was in a nice location near lakes but still very near to bus and tram stops to the centre of Bordeaux. The room was reasonable and quite comfortable but the outside balcony had not been cleaned for a long time and cigarette butts left by other residents were left where they fell. We asked a receptionist for second pillows as there was no spares in the room but they said they had none as they were full . On the second night of our stay we returned to our room late to find our bed unmade and no cleaning done but luckily we had not left it in a mess. When we left we told the Hotel about these problems and they apologised. There was a charge made on top of the Expedia price we paid for local taxes !!

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff on the desk. The only thing I would ask for is tea towels/paper towels/dishwashing liquid in the kitchenettes so it's easier to clean up after you eat.

Very convenient
The hotel is new, pretty basic but was all that I needed. Is very clean, has a beautiful view of a small lake and a nice terrace. The kitchenette is very useful for having coffee or a small snack. Something unusual look for the silverware on a drawer under the tv., the staff at the reception was very nice this guy Anthony was very helpful and also speaks very well Spanish, I stayed 2 nights and they don't do the cleaning of the room just when you get there, for two nights that was ok with me. There is a small supermarket very near, and you can buy everything there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel very well situated
This hotel suited our needs as a couple travelling with a baby. Well located for both the Medoc wine region (by car) and Bordeaux city centre (by tram) with other amenities (restaurants, supermarket, swimming pool) close to the hotel. Good to have a small kitchen for self catering too.

A comfy base for Bordeaux
we stayed for 4 days. It was 10 min walk to frequent trams, in a non threatening neighbourhood. Great place to use as a base. It has a supermarket below, which was handy for self catering. Generous sized and with plates etc, also a handy clothes horse on the balcony. Very comfortable.

Good family accommodation
Spotless and convenient way to spend an overnight. Good opportunity to walk round the lakes and convenient for shops and sporting activities. We liked it, and had two adjoining rooms. Convenient express supermarket next door. Waterpark is more of a leisure centre and is next door.
