I booked a family room and expecting two bathrooms for a guest of 8, they gave me a big room and the 8 of us has to take turns using the bathroom. When we first stepped in the room, floor was very sandy and took them the next day to clean it. The elevator is small and not air conditioned. Food was mediocre and the place is quite a walk from the beach. The only saving grace is their staff, very friendly, accommodating and good customer service. Would I book again, no.

Hotel is good and staffs are very nice, except to the person handling the beach towels. They only give 1 beach towel per day/ person, if your beach towel gets dirty or wet, they won’t replace it. But we saw them replace some beach towel to other hotel guest, which is vey unfair. One of the downside also, if it rains, the alley outside the hotel gets flooded. Water from the sewage is coming out and your walking through it. So disgusting.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was great. However, hotel is not prepared to assist guests during bad weather conditions. During our stay (July is rainy month), street was flooded and guests had no choice but to trek the dirty water. Told the staff maybe they should have lots of boots ready for rent or have motorcycles to help transport guests. It was awful walking on flooded street. This place is great if weather is dry. Not good to book on rainy season. Hope this info helps you decide.

Room was comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the staff great. Only issue is the design of the hotel, with rooms circling two internal courtyards with pools that amplify all the noise. Kitchen staff start work around 5.30am, kids are playing in the pool by 7am, and the noise of both is louder than it otherwise would be due to the layout. If you're fantasising about long lie-ins, or you're a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. Otherwise everything was great.

A very friendly place situated conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main road. It’s not fancy, it has its own special charm and it is priced properly.

The service excellent from dining to the housekeeping the male guard super friendly.But the wifi is terrible.when we check in no wifi.And the key card for the room they gave only one, if you asked them to open the door it takes forever to come,you need to give extra key especially for the party of 4.

Excellent stay at Piccolo
Our stay in this hotel was really good, the room was clean and huge plus the bed was really big. Our stay was comfortable, the staffs were well trained and the hotel was well maintained.

8 days during christmas.
Great breakfast- well located - we had construction during our stay and typhoon for christmas. Overall I do not recommend staying there. There s other island and other location much better.

This hotel was great! It’s a short walk to White Beach. The staff is super friendly and all the rooms are clean. There are some minor signs of aging especially in the restrooms but nothing major. The breakfast was very good with a variety of menu items. My reservation included a surcharge for breakfast but when I attempted to pay, the hotel server said it was part of the stay there. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff do ask you to leave your one and only key at the front desk before going out for the day. That’s understandable as it can easily be lost in the various activities in Boracay. I was given a free frozen yogurt coupon for each room redeemable at their frozen yogurt stand in the front end. It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. I would stay there again.

Everything was GREAT! Considering that they are having a construction on top floor of the property. All of their staff were really accommodating. Especially Alexis, he went beyond my expectations! It may not be a beach front Hotel but it is really recommendable to everyone! Great location, it's like 3mins away from the beach and a couple minutes away from the D'Mall. I'm definitely coming back!

The location is excellent, the staff are pleasant, cost effective, and many of their rooms with a balcony. The breakfast was less than average, the pillows in the room were outdated and smelly, and the activities representatives that are available at the hotel entrance all the time were really annoying!

Excellent hotel for the money. For me the location of the hotel is perfect. 1 minute away from the Main Street, and about 3 minutes away from the beach. Any thing you need is close by. D’mall is around the corner. Restaurant and shops is about 3 to 4 minutes walk. I must say, EXCELLENT costumer service from the staff. And COMPLEMENTS to the chefs of this hotel. Excellent food, excellent presentation. and the list can go on.... I highly recommended this hotel. Next time I’m back in the island, I would definitely stay here again.

Thumbs up and 5 stars for this place.
We stayed for 3days and 2nights. Guess are treated like VIP's. Staff are helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is new, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are big. Toilets are clean and working. Breakfast are good and lots of choices everyday. Bed are soft and linens are clean and new. No bad comment on this hotel. I would recommend this place to all locals or foreign boracay travelers. Thumbs up and keep it up.
