"This place is immaculate! Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was hot fresh and delicious, best hotel cinnamon rolls we've had. Parking was plentiful. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel."

"The toilets need to be higher. I am a normal sized person and had a hard time getting off the toilet."

"I paid $250 and felt ripped off. Very plain, cheap remodal . No microwave no coffee pot no refrigerator. Cheap soap. A bad fight broke out in the night 3 times. And u can hear everything from the other rooms. Top sheet was dirty and room very stuffy. I give it a one star. Their ratings must be fake because definitely not 5 stars like most travelers said"

"My stay was severely impacted by persistent plumbing problems. Initially assigned to a room with a toilet that wouldn't flush, I was moved to a second room. However, this room had a running toilet that cycled loudly every five minutes throughout the entire night, making sleep nearly impossible and creating a very stressful experience. The only positive aspect of the stay was the spacious and convenient parking."

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star...
