The hotel is great, but it would be good to have a restaurant on the roof top open for lunch, and also there are no towels in the changing rooms in the pool, you need to get them at the reception, but the lady was not there all the time

very pleasant quiet stay. Not in the centre but 6 minutes by tram (subway) so very pleasing and quiet. Very nice bar restaurant (not the hotel's any longer, but 'linked') and michelin noted restaurant -Konrad's- on 17th floor. gorgeous view of the Rhine

Everything was nice. I found that my room was not cleaned every day, and the stash of tea/coffee supplies was not replenished. Also found that the toilet paper was quite rough.

Amazing room, very clean and tidy and good location, train stations 5 min walk away. Only bad part was the bar and check in service, 30 min wait for a drink at the bar and just as long to check in. Apart from that, staff we’re nice and had a great sleep.

I stayed 10 días for a UN climate conference, the property is great, but the staff and specially management should be change, the hotel was fully book and they didn’t have capacity of running it. The roam couldn’t be clean daily, the breakfast over price, customer service was terrible !!!! Paid for roams at over price received a terrible experience!!!

Great experience with few complaints
I can say that my experience was extremely good, the hotel is very modern . The only things i can complain about was the receptionist when we checked in was rude . First I spoke in English with her and then she asked my gf if she speaks German! So first it was rude that she stopped me to speak in German(i dont speak German) second she told her something : you will not have nice view since your partner booked the basic room , and i found it rude since you cant say this to a customer! Second complain was that the curtain in the room was bit broken and they didnt change the cartoon cups for hot drinks. Other than that, the other receptionist on check out was very nice and staff and the spa receptionist were very friendly. Overall, the experience was very good and i advise people to book.

We rented 4 rooms for 5 nights. 1st room was not cleaned for 3 days. the other room had no shampoo. the daily cleaning was just to fix the bed linen. dirty coffee cup was left on the table for 3 days. they put the used towel on the floor back as a clean towel. The thing I was most angry about was that they knocked on my door at 8 am on the day of check-out and said we came for cleaning. It was the most disgraceful guest I have ever experienced in my life. sorry for the money i spent

Very good hotel, but not in the centre.
As overall it was a great stay at the hotel. On arrival, we did not get the rooms that we have booked in advance, with river view, but we get the back side. After showing my booking copy, the staff had changed our rooms to the right ones, with the view to the river. The rooms are nice clean and cozy. The hotel is not quite in the centre of the city, so consider taking the subway for several stops.

Disappointed by previous high standards met
Overall, mixed experience. The building, the rooms and views make this amazing and save the bad experience with service. My family had some questions about the restaurant or the city, Front Desk barely picked up and made us wait hours just tk finally clarify if there is a table available for at the Konrad's restaurant. Secondly the room was not made one day, and a toilet brush was left in the toilet. Not things you expect from the Marriott as long time members. And lastly the others in our party had the corner sweet, gorgeous view but the living area had a weird furniture with the TV basically on ground level and it was pushed about 1 meter from the wall with many cables exposed, looked horrible and cannot imagine this was the normal design, looked like a botched repair. All in all, great area and we'll jot this down as an "off day" because all the other things were great, i.e. comfort, room size, views, room service.

Really wanted to like the hotel but it felt they had cut back too much. For example after 4 days the club terrace had not been cleared of left over food and drink. We never once saw lift buttons or communal handles being cleaned despite the covid restrictions.

Rooms very nice, breakfast buffet good variety but always empty. Very slow with refilling. Parking extremely expensive (€20 per night). Reception personnel not used if having customers any more. This will get better with the time. Location very nice. Overall there is room for improvement.

Big and very clean room. The "window" between bathroom and room is odd though. Some problems with water at the beginning (it was too hot), the staff took care of it later. Everyone very polite.

It was not as expected. A Marriott hotel is an upscale one and this one felt like a hostal. Elevator service was terrible. I felt sorry for the people staying on floors 4th and up. I saw many people walking down the stairs with 2 pieces of lugage as the elevators were so slow. Staff didnt smile as they spoke to you, this makes a huge difference. The only pretty service I got was in the restautant in the last floor. The bar staff was friendly.
