"The room was clean and comfortable. What was really lacking was the upkeep of the exterior. The yard was overgrown, weeds were growing throughout the grass and through the steps and deck. The porch which looks inviting in the pictures was badly in need of paint and bushes were overgrown. Overall, the feeling was that we’d arrived at a dilapidated unkempt place in a town where everything else is pristine.
