"This hotel is nice with a beautiful atrium and wonderful staff, but it is in desperate need of updates and improvements. I noticed a lot of peeling paint, rust, worn furniture and dirty carpets. The TVs are also extremely old and most travelers are used to hotel TVs having streaming capabilities. There are also probably plumbing issues, given that bathroom toilet overflowed twice requiring us to switch rooms. "

"We had a 2 queen room booked a month prior to our stay. The man at the front said there are no rooms available for what we and prepaid and booked. He said all he could do was give us an extra room with a king bed. It was me, my sister, and my daughter. We wanted to be together and stay in a room together. I would have been ok, if he at least offered a free night as compensation for the lack of organization. He said he couldn’t do that. (That wasted money for your hotel). Also, on the second night, our 2nd room that my sister stayed in was locked when we returned from my daughter’s gymnastics competition. They said we failed to check out. When I originally booked it and paid it was until Sunday. So, another error on that man’s side. Our rooms were not clean, there was actually a crawfish tail left in the corner and the carpet was gross. On the bright side, the lady working Saturday evening was super nice and polite and worked things out for us. I was thankful because it had not been a good experience at all! Also, the waitress at breakfast sat morning, was super great and friendly. "

"Staff was nice but they did give me a room with only one bed. I had reserved 2 beds. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience since they over booked people that requested 2beds. Besides that room was clean and nice employees."

"Angelica at the front desk was absolutely amazing made our stay a dream had our room and keys waiting for us upon arrival only thing that deterred me was how loud the traffic noise outside was especially being on 5th floor thought it would be quieter but all in all great stay"
