The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly and helpfull and the food is very good, the hotel has a big parking space both inside the property and outside

Waffles not to be missed ;-)
Receptionist was not that friendly but waiters though very young did their best to accommodate us. My wife and I think they have the best waffles so we asked the chef for the recipe for their waffle batter. To our surprise, they shared it. Housekeeping was also excellent. We highly recommend the place if you're travelling by car.

Great hospitality Mr Omar met us and greeted us at the entrance Also he was very helpful to propose sightseeing areas Also staff had Quick response to room service Gayan helped to resolve Room booking issue due to Mistake by Expedia ( I selected 2 guests one room but the booking was for one guest only ! This is second hotel I face the same issue with my n 3 days time So I guess it is an issue with how Expedia site works I never had this problem with booking with other sites like booking.com I’m hundred percent sure that initially I searched for one room to guests I don’t know what happened in the final booking confirmation But it seems that either Expedia website is not so friendly to point out this difference when I actually select the final rule or there is an issue with your website

The hotel is very close to the main area in Bolu . Excellent free parking in basement. Nice food.

It was a pleasure to stay here. I did need to change my room because of my misteake on my reservation from smoking to non-smoking room. And they were helpful and changed my room without any question.
