"Hotel was basic and reasonably priced for a Zurich hotel. The excellent location was just across the bridge to the main train station. Also, it was located right in the heart of a fun, lively area with lots of excellent, traditional restaurants. The breakfast and coffee was excellent and plentiful in a nice breakfast room. The bathroom was modern and very clean and had everything you need. I would recommend this hotel."

"We are big fans of the Hotel Opera. The location is unbeatable with easy access to transportation, the lake, museums and much more. The hotel breakfast was perfect to start the day and there are a ton of restaurants nearby if you choose. Our room was superb. Quiet, spacious (Opera Deluxe for two adults and a kid) and more importantly in a record heat wave air conditioned. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful and honestly, I’m not sure we will ever bother to choose another hotel in Zurich if Hotel Opera keeps it up!"
