The location is excellent. It’s very convenient and you can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and different areas of Cartagena. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Service was consistently good, and everyone made us feel welcome.
