"Feel a little scammed with this property. When I booked they said they offer transportation to the city, come to find out it’s only offered at 3 PM everyday and you have to come back at 7 PM. We checked into our room to find moldy food. The WiFi only worked 1/4 days we stayed there, which is tough when no menus were offered at any bar or restaurant unless you downloaded the app and used internet. When I did get the app downloaded and accessed the all inclusive menus, I tried to order an Aperol Spritz rejected because the staff says it’s only available for premium members even though it’s listed as part of the all inclusive menu. The pool chairs were covered in bird poo. The safe was broken in our room and our hotel door did not full shut behind you, we had to slam it to make sure it shut. We let the front desk know about this and despite the resort being half empty they did nothing to fix these things or offer us another room. The food was stale and every drink tasted different every time you ordered it. Also you find out when you get there no breakfast is included in the “all inclusive” resort. Staff at the pool only stand in the “premium” pool area, so you have to approach them in a restricted area if you want drinks or food by the pool. Beware of this property there are much cheaper and higher quality options in the city center. This place is 12 miles from the city center and it really does make you feel isolated!"
