"People. I traveled before to Cartagena but like this hotel is never seen before. Staff is verry attend. Breakfast is amazing. The lobby has 2x part. Inside or outside at the edge of the street where you can sit and enjoy the streetlife. Everything is walking distance. They even remember my wife B Day because my wife only commented 1 day before with the bartender. At night when we came in our room they left a BDay dessert cake."

"The Spa was amazing. However, construction within the hotel was occurring which unfortunately impacted my experience due to the hammering and banging noises. Otherwise, our spa attendants were excellent."
