"excellent room. the only things noteworthy of mentioning are that the jets of the bathtub were not working and it was hard to change from the tap to the showerhead due to a broken handle. Overall very pretty and nice room, although some parts of it would need a little bit more maintaining and care. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and its facilities were very good even though there was some construction going on in the backyard.
One more thing to mention is that the cleaning staff removed...

"Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony."

"I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return.
The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained.

"We stayed at Pine Cliff Gardens for 10 nights. The accommodation was great. Very spacious and clean.
I can’t fault Pine Cliffs. This was my second visit after 3 years. I thought the hotel was even better than previously.
Staff were friendly and restaurant quality was excellent. We particularly enjoyed Rohini.
My son played tennis every day and the coaching staff were top level. He also enjoyed the football academy.
The World Cup was on during our stay and the hotel had set up a huge screen on...
