I always like to stay in Usaquen area. This hotel is perfectly located close to everything, yet just 1 street behind all the husle and busle. Love it

I have stayed in this area many times.. I like the big rooms. Staff was always kind and accommodating. Only thing that I would say is the water pressure was very low… But, we managed… I would stay here again…

This a great hotel! We stayed for 18 days and I highly recommend it. The people are very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable with nice quality sheets. This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. There were no stray hairs in corners, dust on top of the tv, etc. Really tidy. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but a nice selection and well cooked and well presented. The b-fast staff goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The mall is across the street and has some nice restaurants and shopping, including a huge grocery store. We cooked a few simple meals in our room on nights we didn’t feel like going out. There is another mall and shopping within walking distance. The cons: water pressure could be better. Crossing the busy street out front was an adventure each day but doable with patience. No seating on our terrace. Not a huge deal, we just carried the inside chairs outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will return again!

Towels had nasty stains, the staff are extremely rude as if they hate working there, the bed had what appeared to mold in the frame, the blankets smelled weird, they say they have a breakfast in the morning but all we had were cold eggs and the smallest arepa in the world, horrible utensils our coffee was served in the smallest cups imaginable, when we asked for something they would acknowledge us and never come back to bring it and completely forgot. For what this hotel is charging it’s a real scam and you’re much better wasting your money in a different hotel.

Ofrecen un excelente servicio, siempre buscan ayudarte y cubrir tus necesidades. El desayuno es modesto pero suficiente. Nos quedamos en una habitación de dos recamaras, dos baños, cocina, comedor y una pequeña sala que incluía una hamaca, todo super bien. El personal muy amable y atento, sobretodo el muchacho que atiende en las noches, que en eseo horario se quda solo, pero resuelve cualquier inconveniente si se presentara y esta pendiete de los huspedes todod el tiempo. Por ultimo la zona inmejorable, tienes muy cerca el tren, plazas comerciales, restaurantes, mercado de artesanías, etc.
