The first room we got apartment was terrible, the second room did not even fit 2 twin beds, they were place one in front of the other in a line, we moved to another unit AFTER 2 DAYS and it was fine

Great location inside the La Fontana. Very close to Unicentro shopping mall. Quite spacious apartment which is nice for family with children. Only things to be improved are beddings and bathroom quality.

I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.

We found the place to be relatively well located in Bogota, with some nice communal areas and a very responsive staff. While we stayed at the apartment, the televisions constantly failed and the apartments are old, and badly in need of refurbishment.

Clean but needs updates.

The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities. The closets, some of the furniture and hair dryer needs to be updated. Wifi works most of the time, I was able to work all week but at some times the internet was intermittent. Service was great, however I was charge a tax fee I was not expecting.

Muy mala atención del personal de los departamentos y no quisieron respetar nuestra reservación que teníamos confirmada del 27 de julio saliendo el 28 del mismo mes mandándonos a unos departamentos cruzando la calle de menor calidad pero mas limpios eso si.

Me gusto mucho, lo único que no me gusto es que en uno de los baños en el lavamanos se empozaba el agua y no pasaba falta mantenimiento en estas cosas, pero el resto está bien.
