The property was nice. The room much smaller than it appeared in photos. The air conditioning system made a high pitch noise when it was on. Also it seems that the bathroom pipes needed cleaning as there was a strong odor emanating from it.

The hotel is clean and close to everything. The staff is friendly and super helpful providing suggestions on activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay her again.

The hotel was great. From the service and the room to the Osaki restaurant, my stay at the DC Artisan was awesome. The Chapinero area is also a wonderful area to walk around and there are many superb restaurants to choose from.

Loved the stay in Bogotá
Our stay at the artisan DC was amazing. I loved the styling of the rooms and the ambiance in general. The bar was very cozy and all the staff was so friendly and kind. They helped us with luggage storage and transportation from and to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing too, lots of options to choose from. I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to be in a central and safe area. There are plenty of restaurants around. We also went to their sister hotel Marriott On T zone to celebrate Christmas and I recommend them too. The service and food were top notch.

Honest and helpful staff, solid accommodations
Everything about our stay was quite nice—except for one thing, but I’ll get into that later. The staff was responsive, honest, and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious. The room was small but well-maintained and comfortable. All in all, A+ service. The ONLY drawback was that our toilet constantly smelled as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned in awhile. It also didn’t flush very well, and it got clogged once, but the hotel team took care of the clog quickly and got us back up and running in no time. We would definitely recommend staying here.

An excellent stay
This place is really great. The friendly and helpful staff could not do enough to make sure every need is catered for. It is located in a good part of Bogota with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

I was relocated to another hotel after other hotel guests extended their stay. I booked through hotels.com, whereas other members in my group booked direct. We were split up, which was inconvenient for our short business trip, but I found the staff helpful in assisting in adjusting the booking and making sure I was accommodated in a comparable hotel.

Excellent hotel!
We loved this hotel. It’s newer, great rooms, great bed and AC. It’s in a less busy part of town so it’s very quiet. The staff was great, the gym was good, so was the lobby and bar. We didn’t eat there, but around the corner is a fantastic retardant for breakfast called MASA. We ate there three mornings! I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful (especially the bar & restaurant staff). With our event work schedule, they were very attentive to all our late-night requests and always did it with a smile! Their service extended to the drivers they hire to take us around the city! Will definitely be staying here each time I come into Bógota!

Functional and well located
PROS: Very good location, close to great restaurants and bars Osaki, Japanese restaurant on premises is very good and has room service CONS: Hotel is surrounded by taller buildings and a parking lot. My window (Tower 1- Rm. 503) overlooked the parking lot. So not your place if your looking for scenic, panoramic, or "green" city views. Make sure you like the decoration of your room. My wife found the painting in ours a bit sad and threatening--it depicted a black and white graffitti of a sad looking man behind a wired fence. Not very relaxing. SUMMARY: Functional and good value for money. Recommend if you are looking for a good and safe location, like quirky interior design, and do not care about city views.

We were bumped from the hotel and did not stay there. At the last minute, as we were boarding to go to Bogota, we were told that a diplomatic group extended their stay and they needed to move us to another hotel for 2 nights and then back to them for 1 night . Very disappointing. A Colombian friend intervened and arranged for us to stay at the Four seasons, which was lovely.

Great hotel in Bogota
The front desk staff, doorman, bellhops, bartender and driver were all ecceptional and very nice. The front desk staff was so helpful answering questions and setting up dinner reservations and arranging our driver fir Zipaquira. Loved hotel and its amenities too. Very pretty and walking distance to good restaurants.

Nice contemporary hotel
Hotel is very new and great design. Rooms a bit on the small side and not much of a view (at least in our room) but it’s a good value for what it is and the location is great. (Pro tip: Google maps and Uber tend to drop you off on wrong side and signage on front is a bit understated so pay attention to that)

Great Hotel with Excellent Staff
The hotel is great, very modern with a nice lobby and bar areas. Can't say enough good things about the front desk. They were extremely helpful with all our needs and went out of there way to make for a great stay. The only drawback to the hotel was the room size, they're pretty small

Nice chic little hotel. The only complaint was a creepy chicken-man painting in my room that I couldn't take down. The frickin chicken haunted me in my dreams.

Amazing property and team!
This was my first trip to Bogota, and I could not have enjoyed myself more. The city is beautiful, and the hotel was amazing. If I had not know it was a Marriott property, I would have thought it was a family run business, where everyone working there was personally invested in the satisfaction of their guests. The GM, Eduardo, was a pleasure to deal with, and greeted us at breakfast each morning like an old friend. The staff immediately knew my name as well as those of my associates, and greeted us at every opportunity. One standout was the team at the Cooper bar, where the theatrics of having drinks made was like nothing I had ever seen. Overall, I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Great boutique hotel.
Excellent boutique hotel located close to many good restaurants, etc. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, comfortable and quiet. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
