Great and safe location! The breakfast buffet is nice. Rooms are decent in size and amenities are nice. The only problem is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Our bed was really stiff and poor quality. We left with back pain. The property is nice overall, but we would stay again just because of the bed.

My favorite part of my stay at the hotel was being greeted every morning at breakfast by the chef Nestor Maza and his staf who took the time to personaly greet us at the table. Several times chef Maza would bring us fruit or other foods for us to taste. Our experience at the hotel was like no other. I feel like we have definitely been spoiled. Everyone from our first day to our last day went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. Thank you to the crew of the Victoria Regia Sofitel Bogota.

TV did not worked first night Garage is a big problem. It took me more than 30 minutes to get out. There were two cars parked behind mine and the keys were not easily accessible Room super small Area is great

The hotel is extremely good, and the staff takes care of the guests very well. The manager is also onsite, and for a brief clarification required, she ensured that she understood the situation and made adjustments immediately. One feedback - the restaurant staff could be a bit more efficient and take better care of the guests. The prices for the breakfast items we ordered, seemed to be different from the menu shared with us and when we pointed it out to the restaurant, their only response was the prices have changed and the menu was not updated. This could have been handled better.

Great upscale hotel in Zona T in Bogotá. Surrounded by great dining options, bars and shops. Walking distance (5mins) to the upscale Andino Mall which is the best mall in Bogotá. Clean hotel with great staff and good hotel transportation if desired. Excellent breakfast, one of the very best any hotel around the world can offer

The hotel is great, the only flaw is that the rooms facing the street don't have soundproof windows and the street and neighborhood are very lively at night. Sometimes we could even hear early morning the taxi drives talking.

Very nice but in a noisy area
This is a very nice hotel that is centrally located. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the area is noisy at night and you can hear music from the bars close by. I could not sleep with the noise, which ruined the experience for me. I would not stay here again for that reason.
