Front desk assistant muy ruda

Hola todo estuvo bien las personas del restaurante y bar muy cordiales. Sin embargo la persona de front desk una mujer muy ruda y grosera. Lastima por ella no volvere tampoco nadie de la empresa q dirijo

Nice hotel at a good price.

The food was nice at the breakfast buffet. There was a nice selection. The selection changed slightly each day. The people at the front desk and in the restaurant were courteous. I believe that the hotel was 4 star and I thought it was a nice kept up 4 star.

Hotel Fantástico

Passamos um dia em Bogotá e foi o suficiente para amar a cidade. Ficamos neste hotel extremamente bem localizado próximo ao parque 93. Este lugar é muito bem frequentado, com gente bonita, possui uma excelente área gastronômica, bares dançantes e muita segurança. Fica relativamente próximo do aeroporto e centro histórico. Fizemos todos os traslados de Uber e ficou muito barato. O hotel nos ofereceu um primoroso atendimento, sem demoras nos check in ou check out que foram tarde da noite e muito cedo na manhã respectivamente. A recepção foi calorosa e muito prestativa, os maleiros foram muito agradáveis e nos explicaram sobre o bairro. O quarto eram muito limpo e confortável, banheiro grande e limpíssimo. Passamos uma ótima noite lá.

Good if cost low

The best thing about the Ramada is its proximity to Parque 93 and the restaurants. Location is quite good, but the hotel is a 3.5 star hotel at best, and rated that way because of poor service of staff. it is not a 4 star hotel, even in Colombia. i couldnt find any parking for guests, breakfast was so basic as to be embarrassing when i had invited a few guests for a breakfast meeting. i wont stay here again, despite it having been around 65 usd for the night

Lo Recomiendo Ampliamente

El Hotel aunque esta catalogado de negocios, cumple todas las expectativas esta cerca de distintas zonas de interés. Usaquen, zona T y G. Del centro queda un poco retirado pero los taxis son económicos. En general mi esposa y yo tuvimos una excelente estadia en el hotel y Bogota.

Gorgeous room, good view, no visitors allowed

The room was more than comfortable, modern and had everything you could forget to pack. However, to my surprise, no one who is not a registered guest can go into the elevator and hence the rooms after 7 pm because it is "no longer visitor hour" like a hospital.

A/c went out if service and ibhave chronic asthma and was sick.. The cable was out 3 fays and the staff had no idea how rectify the issues... Always had yo ask for tissue and towels and was never ever asked to be compensated just one apology after the other... Will stay at another location the next time I visit which will be in about 4 months.

It is a good hotel in a nice location.

The hotel is close to a great square/park full of exquisite restaurants, with good night life. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Bogota.

One night stay. 5 minutes to a upscale mall

Changed rooms because the first room did not have air conditioning. We didn't want to leave the window open since it was close to the airport (noise).

Bad experience

The only elevator did not work on the checkout day so I had to take my bags through the stairs four floors. The pictures on hotel.com show a gym that does not exist. I asked for laundry the day I arrived and the trouser was returned to me three days later during my checkout without being washed. The vat was charged twice on my bill, thakfully I realized immediately. Breakfast and service people were nice.
