Not a good experience
Entry and exit of the hotel is occasionally a problem. You have to use a bell in order to call somebody to open the door for you because it's locked all the time. However, if they're upstairs cleaning any of the rooms, they may not hear the bell. I once waited about 10 minutes to get in. I had a similar experience trying to exit the building once.
Check out: This took me over two hours. They did not realize that the hotel had already been paid for using hotels.com and wanted to me pay again at checkout. This eventually was resolved, but it did take well over two hours.
There were mistakes, and no ill intent here, however the staff did not take the approach that the customer was being honest. They eventually found my reservation and proof of payment If they started with the attitude that there was a mistake that had been made on their end instead of taking the attitude that I was trying to get a free stay, this may have been faster.
That was my experience.
