At first I was a bit disappointed because it really looks nothing like the luxurious fotos in this site. I planned for only two nights just in case we did not like the hotel or the neighborhood. I ended up extending my stay at the hotel for an additional three nights. My partner and I loved the excellent staff attention and professionalism. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is tranquil and it felt safe. The hotel is in a good location to either go downtown or uptown to some great bars and restaurants. Overall, I was impressed and would certainly return.

Where to start. I booked the property because it had a lift to find out the lift only went to the 5th floor. I was on the 6th floor which meant I had to walk up a flight of stairs with bad knees. At night the light senses only come on when you are almost at the stairs, very dangerous. The room was old and outdated. I had a hole in the roof the size of a criket ball. One of the bedroom lights keep flickering. The safe was small and had a key. On the plus side the room was big and had a good selection of t.v. channels. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Situation centrale à Bogota

Je connais cet hôtel depuis 7 ou 8 ans. La situation me convient à proximité d’un arrêt du Transmilenium. Le personnel a toujours été aimable et il le reste. Le petit-déjeuner a cessé d’être servi sous forme de buffet et il est maintenant très limité. L’hôtel a vieilli et demande des investissements qui s’accompagneront forcément d’une hausse du prix. Cette fois ma chambre donnait à l’arrière du bâtiment et sans double vitrage, dès 5h30, il était impossible de dormir.
