Not worth the savings over a normal hotel.

Location is outstanding, Hotel is safe and secure. Our room was next to the road very loud in the morning. Food was basic but well priced. Staff was very nice and helpful. Big issue at check out. Staff refused to accept a credit card, requested me to use an ATM offsite. Finally after 20 minutes of explaining that I needed to use the cc they used the phone to authorize the credit card. That took another 25 minutes. Should have just done that to begin with. Resulting in me missing my flight and paying for another flight for 160.00 USD. I could have used that money to stay at a nicer hotel. Very frustrating.

Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Bogota, this is an older but well kept property. There are lovely courtyards and public areas, and free Colombian (of course!) coffee all day. At most places, breakfast is taken away the microsecond the service ends. The Hotel Casona del Patio served me breakfast anyway even though I was 15 minutes late. It's a reflection of the kind and attentive service. This isn't a five star hotel. It doesn't pretend to be. However, it's a solid option, and a solid value, with friendly and helpful service. I'd gladly return without hesitation.

Quaint and accessible but old and loud.

The place was really cute and in a house setting with a garden, close to everything. It was quaint and accessible. It tended to be loud on the ground floor with people walking above me on the noisy and old flooring. It was also cold.I would stay again but ask for the second floor.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una excelente zona residencial, donde hay muy buenos restaurantes. tomando un bus en 5 minutos llegas al centro historico. La atención de los chicos de la recepción fue excepcional, nos asesoraron en todas las actividades que queríamos realizar y cualquier cosita que necesitabamos del hotel con mucho gusto nos lo daban. Las habitaciones super limpias y cómodas.

It’s in a convenient location. Easy to reach from airport and not far from Zona T where entertainment is in Chapinero. The staff is very friendly. All Facilities are worn out (bedroom, common areas, bathroom). Barely warm water at shower, big issue at a city with mostly chilly temperatures. Breakfast is not self service and it works out very slow.

Good location, save neighborhood. We have to change rooms because first room with two beds. My tall husband didn’t fit, that room did it have heater and we were very cold in the night. Next day we moved to another room with heater and bigger bed without bed frame. It was better. Friendly staff.
