I called the hotel to let them know that my mother and my aunt were the ones who would be using the reservation and they assured me that they would be fine. When they arrived at the reception, they did not find their names or the reservation, they made them pay extra when it was a prepaid reservation. The food was terrible and the customer service was nowhere to be found. The people of Colombia are known to be very friendly, but they showed the opposite. How sad that a hotel from such a high hotel chain causes so much disappointment. Don't come, don't waste your money.
