Muy amplio el cuarto, tiene una Heladera y eso fue importante para mi, ya que viajo con medicamento que requiero que este en refrigeración. El desayuno rico, llenador diría yo, pero sugiero que deberian de hacer diferente platillos para variar, desayune lo mismo por 4 dias. En general todo bien.

A la hora del check in la señorita que nos atendió no lo hizo de buena manera, nos enviaron a otro hotel, al llegar a la habitación no habian toallas, las almohadas percudidas, y no habia agua caliente en la ducha, y era un problema de todo el hotel. Mucho por que mejorar

No have water for two days, one day no have cold water, the lighbulb of the bathromm was burn, I requested for 7 times to different people in the hotel, nothing happen, I left and the light bulb no change. No have hand towel, Somebody opened our door at 6 am without knock. the breakfast is very bad.

No cambian las sabanas no hacen bien el aseo

Fui por tres noches y Nunca cambiaron las sabanas la jefe de limpiezas no hace bien su rrabajo el baño lo encontré con excremento y el servicio de restaurante es pésimo y atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor .las llaves no funcionan pedi servicio a cuarto y no me enviaron a nadie solo las personas de recepción son amables los demás deberían renunciar

Me cobraron el IVA cuando se supone que ya había sido cancelado desde la reserva, manifestaron siempre que ellos hacían así las reservas por la App, sin embargo, en la App indican que estos valores ya están incluidos en el valor total que uno cancela.

Das Hotel ist alles in allem einen Aufenthalt wert. Es ist zentral gelegen und man erreicht in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Supermärkte und Restaurants und in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß das Einkaufszentrum Calima welches wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein Manko ist, dass die Hotelmitarbeiter nur sehr schlecht Englisch sprechen, was in Bogota im Allgemeinen der Fall ist. Man trifft nur wenige Menschen mit denen man sich gut auf Englisch unterhalten kann. Hier sind Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Das Hotel an sich ist ordentlich gehalten und das Essen ist ebenfalls gut. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und man hat durchgehend WLAN. Also kann man guten Gewissens das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The most things were very bad

The worst hotel I stayed at. The staff barely said hi. Every morning the cleaning staff knocked on the door very early. One day they open the door and lighted the room at 06:00?? So bad service and the breakfast were not good.

mi estadia en el hotel

se encuentra en una zona muy ruidoza lo cual lo hace no apto para personas que desen descansar, por otra parte la habitacion triple es demasiado pequeña y trealmente incomoda. la atención del personal de front desk deja mucho que desear ya que ni siquiera contestan los buenos dias
