Nice hotel

Very nice place and perfect to explore Chapinero. The room is quiet as in a residential street. The only constructive criticism is the breakfast: it took them 35 minutes to actually bring me the breakfast as I felt they forgot about me and I felt a big ignored (as the English speaker at the property).

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. The rates are reasonable, the room is comfortable, clean, and attractive, and the staff members are very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a terrific location—a quiet corner of a lively, fun neighborhood. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect.

El edificio es bello y los alrededores aún más; el staff también es bastante agradable. Mi única queja es que no se me comentó que se me cobrarían 15k pesos (alrededor de 4 dólares) por una decoración bastante simple por el tema de mi cumpleaños. No llegamos a probar el desayuno ya que realmente no solemos desayunar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Convenient hotel in restaurant district

Sofia and Cesar were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a kitchenette with mini fridge and air fryer. The area is safe and has a ton of restaurants. Tasty, full hot breakfast included.

By far one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was my first time EVER outside of the United States so I did not know what to expect. This place was better than any place I've stayed in the US. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean and nice. The neighborhood felt safe, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The only downside was the noise at night from the park across the street, but that won't deter me from staying here again. I will definitely be coming back here to stay.

Location is the only good thing

The location is great, but we had to ask reception 3 times to bring towels ( we stayed at the hotel to work) , the hot water would only be available after 8-9 am and the last day, there was an emergency with gas so we had no hot water for over 24 hours, we asked for a refund for the last night, also due to heavy rain at night we woke up to a water all over the floor and my coat got wet in the closet as the water was running from the ceiling into the closet.

It was a beautiful property but i needed a rail to hold onto when going up the stairs and had problems because one side didnt have a rail and the other side had one however, the rail didnt go the full length of the stairs. At 8am there was banging because of maintenance. It wouldnt have bothered me much but i was exhausted from a long flight.
