"Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. "

"I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"

The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more. Also for added security there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms and security...

"Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain."
