"Overall, very mediocre hotel. Was expecting more from the Hilton. Very dated, amenities are average …we ended up moving to a hotel that was half the price and was WAY more modern and worth the price. Unfortunately, the staff were extreamly rude, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We were charged twice for our booking (once when we booked and then it was taken off our deposit. Melissa and Faustino are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest humans, and made us feel right at home. Everyone working there was so helpful with recommendations and anything we needed.
