Very nice visit

All good. Service was good, very good English and nice breakfast. The only minus comes from the wifi which did not work very well in room 23.

Choose your room carefully

We reserved a Double Standard Room, which was on the ground floor, but down a nondescript corridor with very artificial lighting and felt like it was in a basement. There is one picture online, and these rooms are not like the rest that have more natural light. Pool area has aged, and had no sun beds. We moved to a different hotel.

Very helpful and welcoming multilingual staff. Clean room and nice pool on the rooftop. Good off street parking. Location is in the village, which is great once you arrive but a little tricky to navigate the one way streets. GPS essential.

Boa localização e tranquilo

O Plaza Paradiso fica um pouco distante do centro de Mendoza mas num bairro muito bonito e tranquilo (Chacras de Cotia). Em compensação já mais perto de Luján de Cuyo onde se concentram grande parte das vinícolas. O Hotel tem quartos amplos, é limpo, o atendimento é cordial mas tipo Ibis, te vira com a bagagem. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. Podem pedir omelete. Se optarem por não incluir café tem uma cafeteria a alguns metros do hotel visto que ele está num local tipo um pequeno centro de lazer. O meu quarto estava sem frigobar. Não reclamei pois estava frio o suficiente. A cama é boa. O chuveiro irrita pois fica alternando a pressão e com isso muitas vezes a água fica fria. Notei o mesmo problema no Ibis onde ficamos depois. Tem estacionamento grátis. O Wi-Fi somente razoável. Tem muito restaurantes bons e próximos ao hotel. Dá para ir a pé. Ao lado tem uma cervejaria Patagônia.

Ótima localização, funcionários super atenciosos e quarto bem espaçoso (ficamos em 4 e ainda sobrou bastante espaço!) Ponto negativo somente no chuveiro que oscilava um pouco a temperatura e a quantidade do jato.

CONS: El servicio de wi-fi no funcionó en ningún momento. PRO: El hotel está muy bien ubicado en una pequeña y encantadora localidad. Con muy Buenos restaurants muy cerca del hotel. El desayuno de Buena calidad que incluye productos regionals. El personal muy bien dispuesto al servicio.

O atendimento é muito bom, o hotel bem conservado. Fica bem no centrinho de Chacas de Coria, com opções próximas de cafeteria, casa de chá, mercado, bons restaurantes.O café da manhã do hotel porém é bastante simples, achei bem fraco, poderia ter mais variedade, mais opções.

El hotel lindo, pero el precio muy caro para lo que es el hotel, debido a que esta página lo cobra en dólares( hoteles.com) y no lo aclaran de entrada poniendo ofertas que al final no son tales si no que termina saliendo el doble.
