Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are...

"Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre. "
