"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"The resort itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The property has a lot to offer, and we were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, the first three nights of our stay were anything but relaxing due to a business event being held at the resort. Our room was located above or near the ballroom, and we could hear the loud bass from the music being played during the events. "The resort was AMAZING! Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and well maintained and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, anything we needed they brought right to our door. The balcony’s were incredible and had plenty of space inside. Highly recommend for families."

"Our stay was amazing. I’ve wanted to stay at the Pier House for a long time for a few reasons. The location on the water and the history the property has with the late Jimmy Buffett. The Chart Room bar is a must visit for all who like old fashioned bars that haven’t changed in 55 years. The beach area and bar was wonderful as was the rest of the lush jungle like property. We will be back! The staff was attentive and professional!"

"This property is write down and was traditionally over priced for the stay. The gives run down Dexter vibes and was less than fabulous in its remodeling. One sad elevator and just a general sad run down hotel that might have been nice several decades ago even with the location. Parking was 100% full when went to park.
