Hotel Dekat Blyde Nature Reserve

"Very nicely appointed rooms and a big walk in shower, separate from the tub. The main lobby was beautiful, restaurant is very nice. They also offer room service. There is also a nice spa on campus, but we did not have time to investigate. Breakfast was included, the hotel offers a lovely buffet. Also noticed after the fact, that I did not receive the 20% off a restaurant order offered through Expedia for Key members. I would stay here again."

"Absolutely incredible, surrounded by natural beauty, welcomed into a stunning home, treated like family. This was a very special place that we will never forget. If you are in the area, you must experience this location. Food was delicious, equal to a fine dining restaurant. The staff were so kind! "

"Les logements sont très spacieux et idéalement situés avec plusieurs trails accessibles et une très belle vue."

"Ponto forte, equipe"

"Very nice team, quite, discret, available, very professional. Note: 20/20 The location is very nice with an amazing view of the surounding mountains and cliff. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We saw many animals on the way and around the lodge (monkeys, impalas, gnou, mangusts and a rare red deer) with a particular enjoyable wake-up when opening the curtains: a girafe standing and drinking in front of the terrasse at 6 am."

"Muy agradable el Lodge con mucho encanto y cariño. Está muy lejos de todo, tenedlo en cuenta"

"Tudo incrível! Todos simpáticos, rápidos, prestativos e atenciosos. Me senti muito segura por estar viajando só. Hotel lindo. "

"I should preface this review by saying that I am a professional wildlife photographer. I have stayed at dozens of safari lodges both expensive high-end and ‘budget’, all over Southern and East Africa. The Blyde River Canyon Lodge is great. While not exactly a safari lodge as such (it’s not in a true wildlife park) the architectural style is very ‘safari chic’ using a lot of local natural materials and thatched roofing. It is very close to the ‘Panorama Route Drive’ and the spectacular Blyde...

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, voll zu empfehlen."

"Very friendly staff, very very big house All neat, clean and comfortable Really enjoyed the stay"

"The Blue Cottages are a great stay for those who want an authentic, simple, not luxurious African experience in a rondavel or one bedroom cottage. The restaurant serves good quality food till 4pm in an idyllic garden setting. The staff is very friendly. Great for those travelling through the area or considering a short stay, away from the touristic pre-organised tours."

"Beautiful accommodation. Lovely plunge pool. Excellent location for Kruger and other sights"

"Le sentiment de sécurité et de quiétude. L’impression d’être chez soi mais en même temps dépaysé. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. During this pandemic, it was really a breath of fresh air. We will definitely book again and tell our family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for such an amazing stay, your property is just top...

"The room was in good condition but the shower had terrible water pressure. The staff was very friendly."

"Not having a tv in my room , was a turn off for me . I think it will be best if guests are advised to only come to the premises with off road cars. "
