"Stayed one night here on the way to our actual vacation, the staff were friendly, had a decent breakfast, our room was pretty clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the room smelled a little like chemicals or sprays trying to mask a smell? Good roadside hotel overall"

"Wish they would have had a larger breakfast option(although we did arrive late Saturday morning). Also no ironing board or iron in the room we stayed in. Not a huge worry or need: they had a few to loan out from the front desk and even brought it to my room after another tenant was done borrowing it. But the staff was all super friendly. "

"I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Fairbridge Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. As a frequent traveler for work, I've never encountered such subpar service. To illustrate, I was knocked on my door at 11:01 by the receptionist, telling me that it was time to check out. The previous day, I had inquired about a late checkout and was aware of the additional $25 fee for an extra hour. Furthermore, the same receptionist had given me a hard time during check-in, claiming I didn't have a reservation despite having the confirmation in hand. The hotel's amenities also left much to be desired, with worn-out linens and a dirty toilet. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future."

"The whole experience was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast. Parking was easy and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was excellent~!"

"The hotel is ok for a one night. The property has so much potential, but just tired in its current state (carpets need changing, one elevator out of service, window treatments don’t lift, etc). Location is great & furnishing has promise. Breakfast was no existent when we arrived. Glad we stayed, but likely won’t come back."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. There was construction going on that was somewhat inconvenient. They need to change brands of the shower soap and shampoo."
