This was my second time visiting, but on this occasion I brought my daughters so they could enjoy the pool, especially since the weather was warm. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and I was neither informed in advance nor did I see any notice about it. Regarding the room, I noticed that the lamps were not properly arranged, there were no utensils in the kitchen, no wine glasses, and the shower was the worst I have ever experienced, as there was no water coming out. Additionally, there was no breakfast available, which was also disappointing. I was also charged $57, and I am not sure what this charge was for. I would appreciate your clarification on these matters. Thank you."
