"Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall. We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times. Still recommend and would stay again!"

"Property was clean, rooms were spotless, beds super comfy. Staff were very nice and breakfast was simple but very good. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Only downside was you could hear road traffic all night, but most places there would have same issue. Nothing the white noise app could take care of. "

"Our second time here. The staff is the sweetest and so accommodating. They made us feel right at home. We always feel so relaxed here. My two young boys had a blast. My husband and son spent some time fishing and caught a few fish. We took the kayaks out on the beautiful, peaceful water. The pool is nice. It's a great location , close to many things. We can't wait to visit again."

"The rooms are really clean. The staff is great, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!! The pool is heated, kayaks available for use, and a small beach area. The manatees come to the dock each night and the dolphins put on a show."

"I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful! "It was a very nice hotel, with a clean pool and room. We were able to park right outside our hotel, it’s far from the main road so no noise issues, you could rent out the kayak and paddle boards for free. The person that checked us in was very nice and we would definitely come back here again. "

A person needs to only walk a short distance down to their private beach nightly to catch the sunset. There are three docks with chairs set to watch the beautiful show of colors. We were in the economy size room so expected a small space. We also knew we would be near the busier highway, but that did not bother us. Frankly, the air conditioner, drowned out that noise. "I loved everything, all areas are clean, but the public bathroom needs some cleaning work. Besides that, everything was better than I expected. We rented a boat for an hour with captain Kevin, and he showed us the area. We saw some dolphins. The food and drinks are delicious. There’s music all day. Great place for a weekend getaway "

"This is my second reply to you. The room was very nasty, not fit for a pig. I had 2 nights, I only stayed one, only because it was too late to find another place. I'll never be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. Please do something to this place, change the carpet, clean up the place. Don't ask me again"
