"We stayed in one of the king suites. The room was beautiful and immaculate, and the view was breathtaking. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we ask questions about where to go to eat and what to see on our one night in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice. "

"Overall this hotel was awesome. The indoor waterpark was nice and we especially enjoyed the treasure hunt and the snow cones! We really enjoyed our trip. Be prepared that only the hotel room and the pool are included so there are a lot of opportunities for a ton of extra money to be spent. We did buy the meal package and I felt that was a good value for the money. I liked that you didn’t ever have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. It was very crowded when we went. The staff were wonderful and helpful."

"Check in was fast and easy and the facilities were very nice and clean and they had plenty of options at the hotel like snacks and drinks or whatever you may need. Very closely located to a lot of places to eat or go for entertainment. Staff very nice and friendly will definitely stay again."
