As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "

The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations "

"The room had a musky smell I had to asked for a air freshener.,the bathroom needs a detox cleaning there are built up grease that build up from over time usage of the bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned popularly from the beginning,the hot water was effectively because when hot water pipe is turned on for the shower the water pressure is in the lower pipe and not the shower head for you to get a good shower,the stuff tired their best to help the best way they could, but it’s the management who has to do better,the air conditioning was good though "
