"Our stay at Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section.
