"The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. We'll be happily return to Ramada for our future returns to Vanuatu."

The food is pretty pricey for the quality, but there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and the bus ride to the city is cheap and easy "

"I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "
