This property was the dirtiest we have ever stayed, and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels. We were even stopped by others in the hallway, asking if our room was disgusting. The sheets were clean, but that was it. I’ve never seen a bath tub that dirty before. There was blood and old food on the walls. There was a clipped toenail on the floor, along with an incredible amount of crumbs and dirt. The remote was caked with something sticky, but it didn’t matter because it didn’t work. The mirror was cracked. I wish I could submit a picture so you could see the tub! The man running the front desk was friendly. The last odd thing, the hotel randomly cancelled our reservation a couple of days before, but Expedia still showed our reservation was active. Thankfully when we got there, they had a room available because everything in town was sold out due to ISU Family weekend. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

They are very friendly and it is not the properties fault but each time I have stayed there, there have been very loud guests staying near my room or even just on the same floor, especially the third floor. If I am going to stay there again if I am not given a room on the first floor, I will not check in!

This is an older property and it shows. The bathtub was either stained or dirty--we couldn't tell which. Three of the four outlets by the bed (two on each side) didn't work--thankfully one did so we could still use the CPAP machine. The door that was supposed to be our emergency exit was broken and not in use, and the handle to pull the fire alarm was gone from the box. Breakfast was just 2 choices--apples or a pastry turn-over type thing, neither of which I can eat. On the plus side, the main part of the room was nice and furnished well with a small microwave and fridge, and the bed was comfortable.

Not clean, not ready for us. We had to check in at 5:30 instead of 3. Interesting clientele hanging around and in the unit. Cracked tub, shower curtain rod hanging off the wall, no toilet paper roller, gap in the wall of the AC unit, bugs coming in from the outside ..... Do I really need to go on? You really shouldn't offer this place at all. Expedia is a good site. We left the place, and will never go back.

Reserved a king room and got a queen size bed on a king size frame. I could seen through the frame and it was filthy underneath. There were three different kind of bugs I encountered. Blankets had stains on them, microwave was dirty, they don’t clean under or behind fridge (one place I found a bug)
