"The hotel looks great ONLINE. The main building where the check-in desk is located, is actually very clean and well maintained. The back building that we were stuck in, was fairly run down. Luckily the beds and bed linens were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had red stains near the bottom of the wall behind the door that looked like dried blood. There was also a dark red smear on the door that was the same color. Not sure what that was from, but it needs to be cleaned up."

"I feel the tile floor should have been fixed missing one big tile ..sheets were either dirty or stained..other than it was a nice stay"

"The air unit was way too loud. The balcony and roof off the balcony were filthy. Breakfast was just ok not as good as other places. The closet was awful. Rack to hang clothes was way too low. No space to hang anything with the safe and ironing board in the way. All in all I would not recommend this place if cleanliness is important to you."

"The property was well maintained. We chose to go during Labor Day weekend where there were 9 children to every 1 adult. Kids everywhere which made it hard to enjoy the amenities. The 2 golf courses were beautiful. The staff was amazing."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. The only things were the AC was a bit wonky and the one luggage cart we got at check out was horrible, it definitely needed some wheel maintenance as you couldn't hardly steer it with out hitting the walls."

"We booked an Eagle Trace condo for a girls weekend. The condo was great, very clean and in good condition. There was laundry available at the entry door. The property is massive, to say the least. We did not get to use any of the amenities due to proximity and the other plans we had. There was a restaurant about 2 miles down (still within the complex) where we had dinner. The property is beautiful and tons of wildlife to be seen."

"It’s a nice building. Of course age has gotten to it, as well as the proximity to the ocean, and it’s still a nice place. Very nostalgic, pre-Internet. They don’t have tap to pay as of 9/2026 , and some of their rooms do have big whirlpool tubs that get very hot. Small microwave and fridge in the room, which is helpful, and cable TV. Overall a very positive experience ."
