"The room was okay, but not great, it wasn’t regularly cleaned, just had the bins changed daily, when we got to the room there was a small bit of rubbish left on bedside table must of been from previous guests, the upstairs bit was very dusty, we just felt like there was crumbs on the floor for days that weren’t cleaned (would of done it ourselves if we had a dustpan and brush) the staff were nice, but just didn’t feel that it was great value for money, the location is brilliant though, also the heated floor in the bathroom is was nice."

"Very nice clean room, bed was comfortable. We had a nice room with a view. Breakfast was good quality but not to our taste, great if you like salad and cake. Good location, trams and buses right outside. A bolt taxi to the airport was just under £10"

"Very nice, modern hotel, very gd breakfast, inexpensive daily lunch 1-4pm! we were group of 3, liked it very much, next to tram stn, thus easy to go in minutes to city. 2 issues, cushions too many and too big, there should be a smaller flatter one second we forgot at check out to mention we had a small 2$ chocolate bar from room, also check out did not ask if we had anything; in total the 3 of us spent well over 2000 US$ in 7 days there, the hotel wrote us to pay the 2US$ bar... even though we left 10 US$ on room desk....Please management avoid such micro micro issues to excellent guests..."

"We were very disappointed with our room. There was far too little counter space and none at all to rest and open luggage. The small refrigerator was on the wall, making it difficult to avoid bumping our heads when we used the counter below it. And there were too few electrical outletd; those in the room were located inconviently above the pillows on the bed. And the bed itself was uncomfortably soft. All in all, a bad experience."

"The room was sparkly clean. The location is wonderful, next to Vistula, just steps from old town. Lovely breakfast with various fresh vegetables, pastries, cheese and deli meats. We will definitely consider staying there again. "
